This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your account.
Profile Settings
Update Profile Information
Keep your profile information up to date:

Navigate to Settings
- Click your avatar in the top right
- Select "Settings" from dropdown

Edit Profile
- Update your name
- Change email address
- Add profile picture
- Update bio (optional)

Save Changes
- Click "Save" button
- Verify email if changed
Profile Picture
Upload Profile Picture:
- Click on avatar placeholder
- Select image file (JPG, PNG)
- Crop and adjust
- Save changes
Recommended:
- Square format (1:1 ratio)
- Minimum 200x200 pixels
- Maximum file size: 5MB
Security Settings
Change Password
Regularly update your password for security:

Go to Security Settings
- Navigate to Settings > Security

Enter Current Password
- Verify your identity

Create New Password
- Minimum 8 characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase
- Add numbers and symbols
- Avoid common passwords

Confirm and Save
- Re-enter new password
- Click "Update Password"
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add extra security to your account:

Enable 2FA
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click "Enable 2FA"

Choose Method
- Authenticator app (recommended)
- SMS verification
- Email verification

Setup Process
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes

Verify Setup
- Test login with 2FA
- Store backup codes safely
Active Sessions
Monitor and manage your active sessions:
- View all logged-in devices
- See last activity time
- Revoke access to specific devices
- Sign out from all devices
Subscription Management
View Current Plan
Check your subscription details:
- Plan name and features
- Billing cycle
- Next billing date
- Usage statistics
Upgrade Plan
Upgrade to access more features:

Compare Plans
- View available plans
- Compare features
- Check pricing

Select New Plan
- Choose desired plan
- Review changes

Confirm Upgrade
- Enter payment details if needed
- Confirm upgrade
- Access new features immediately
Downgrade Plan
Reduce your subscription level:

Select Lower Plan
- Choose new plan
- Review feature changes

Confirm Downgrade
- Changes take effect next billing cycle
- Keep access to current features until then
Cancel Subscription
If you need to cancel:

Navigate to Subscription
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

Provide Feedback
- Tell us why you're leaving (optional)
- Help us improve

Confirm Cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
- No refunds for partial periods
- Can reactivate anytime
Payment Methods
Add Payment Method
Add or update payment information:

Go to Billing
- Settings > Billing
- Click "Add Payment Method"

Enter Card Details
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV code
- Billing address

Set as Default
- Choose default payment method
- Save securely
Update Payment Method
Change your payment information:
- Edit existing card
- Add new card
- Remove old cards
- Update billing address
Payment History
View all transactions:
- Invoice date and amount
- Payment method used
- Download invoices
- View payment status
Usage Statistics
Monitor Your Usage

- Total generations this month

Delete Account
Permanently delete your account:
Before You Delete:
- Export your data first
- Cancel active subscriptions
- Download any important files
- This action is irreversible
Deletion Process:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your password
- Provide reason (optional)
- Confirm deletion
What Happens:
- Account deleted within 30 days
- Data removed from servers
- Subscriptions cancelled
- Cannot be recovered
